OK I ran 2 miles today. I was a little stiff in the knee, but worked it out and ran through it. It was beautiful today. 50* thats hot for here. I had to many clothes on today thats for sure . I probably wotn get a run in tomorrow , have to go to the city, which is an all day trip. Although with it daylight longer, maybe I can one in after we get home. Hmmm good thought :)

Stupid Snow

Well, I didnt get out and run yesterday. It snowed and rained all day. Just not a sprinkle or flake, it was blizzard and rain storms !
But today I got out there and ran 3 miles. Yay I beat my 2 mile stall. Thanks to my chicka for going with me. It was not to hard, time flew by with her. This is my friend who last year I convinced to a half with me, then I hurt my self and could only run the 5K. She kick buta on her first half ! Now she just trains with me here and there. Love it !
It was cold and foggy this morning, but we ran through it ! Now that I have done it I know I can do it. No excuses. Woot ! Woot!

Snow

How Am I suppose to get my groove on if its snowing ? Who wants to run in snow in April ? I need to break my 2 mile barrier. If Im going to run 6.0 miles I might want to run a little furter in training.
Today will be a challenge with it snowing, I just want to go back to bed and Hide till the snow is gone.

Im totaly loving "Racing With Babes" http://http://racingwithbabes.blogspot.com/ running skirts. they are so much fun ! I really want one. I will have to save up. This relay race is not so cheap :)
